All prepaid cards, coupons, electronic codes, game keys, and any other digital services provided by Purple Card are non-refundable and non-returnable. Since these products can be used immediately upon purchase and it is not possible to verify whether they have been used, we cannot offer any refunds after the purchase is completed.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order or receive a refund only if the order has not been delivered yet. Once you receive the digital code, prepaid card, or any other item, the sale is considered final, and no returns or refunds are possible.

Refunds
